There is still a foot of snow lingering in the yard but I cleared off a large area behind the house next to the shop. May have to clear some more and move the 96 closer. I have to figure a way to work around the fact the finished 56 pickup can remain parking in the shop in the evenings..

Welcome to Saturday. If you made it this far, woo-hoo.
Living in my yard till dark all week while weather is not oppressive & dry.
Told Terri we easily had the most beautiful yard on the street.... for about 5 minuets.
So many things got skipped last year, it's like an archeology dig out there in places.
One item of note, weather person sez first time in 30 years NO tornadic activity in state for months of Jan & Feb.
Scary. God/mother nature/fate winding up for a big catching up? I hope not.

Well.... here we go.... the first WORKING day of DLS.....
I STILL believe the one that thought this idea up was a SADIST.... He wanted to watch people walk around in a half awake stupor for a week while he LAUGHED his a$$ off....
And so NOW... to top that off, I am going to go get my first covid vac shot today. UUUUUUGGGGGG.... just SHOOT ME.

Oh man.... I sure feel sorry for Terri....
ANY day is a bad day for jury doodie... But add in the DLS factor..... that is a BAD combo.

Beautiful weather has come to an end & now we must pay the piper.
Got the GT under cover & truck in shop, Escape will have to suffer if we get hail.

Our power here at the office went off about 2:00 so we closed up and went home.
I watched the weather all afternoon waiting for it to hit us but it never did. We had plenty of rain but not a lot of wind. Thank The Lord!
A couple of our shop guys live in the edge of Alabama. They told me this morning that they did OK but JUST TO THE EAST of them, they got hammered.
Butler, Silas, Gilbertown, and most of Choctaw and Dallas counties got it.
Those folks over there need our prayers.
