My family Doctor has requested that my Wife and I wait until June / July before taking the vaccine since we both had the china virus in December. Seems that folks that have had it are having the worse side effects. I have never taken the flu shot so I will decide over the summer if I want this one. On a better note, I got my confirmation card from CTC last week. Entry #336. Later, Steve

Glad you made it through it, so many haven't. I've been taking flu shots for a bout 25 years now after the one time it put me down bad. Never again. No problems since.

Read an article from the Lancet that autopsies on vics of covid show a lot of damage to the pancreas & mine looks like a prune so I REALLY don't want it.

They took my GB proactively because stones would take the pancreas out & me with it.

Hope to make CTC this year if things (funding, time off for the wife, reservations [none] truck, etc.) work out.

Yep, all the companies I have worked for have offered the flu shot for many years. I have people all the time tell me they are not gonna take it..... then they put on their tin foil hat and walk away.
I too, have been taking it for years and just like you David, no flu.....

The flu shot does do some good folks!

The 96 is still surrounded by snow, once it warms up a little more I'll attempt getting the 56 cab in epoxy primer. Thinking of bolting the front clip together for the 56, removing front clip off the 96 and seeing if there is a possibility of just working off the 96 frame. Track width is going to be a problem but if it sits high enough to clear the fenders I may give it a go before ordering a front cross member for the 56 frame. I'd like to get the complete drive train installed before doing whatever needs done to the motor. Will likely be twisting your ear when it comes time to getting it all switched over..
