Hey y’all I pulled this black bumper from pick j pull and it doesn’t look to be a perfect swap so I’ll need an adaptor or will need to make other modifications. Any tips on this. Please see the link for the two kits I’m considering from bronco graveyard and let me know which one would be appropriate. Thanks.
This came of an f150 1986. Mine is an 86 Bronco so I though they would be compatible. I think the one in the link will work but I’d like to be sure before moving forward.
Yes I would have thought the same.
The link brings up 2 mounts and think it was 3 bumpers.
Also your pictures are a little to close to see how the brackets or bolted to the bumper and how the bolts are on your truck.
But from what I can make out the Bronco frame bolts are not in line so the brackets would need to be the same.
I want to say my truck, 81 F100, the frame bolts are in line like the JY bumper you picked up.

I'm guessing that you need the Bronco Kit p/n 35059 to install a pickup bumper. Judging by the pics, it looks like the Bronco bumper bolt holes are closer together than the pickup bolt holes. The pickup bumper bolt holes were the same from 1980-1996, I just did a frame swap on a 1980, and the 1980 bumper fit right on the 1995 no problem.
