That is funny right there. Doubles as a bug guard. 
The bumper is from a car...perhaps a Plymouth? It is about the closest-looking to the stock 51/52 front bumper. If you have the chrome 5-star Extra trim already on the truck it blends in a little more. A few members here have done that, when their original bumper got beat up and twisted as an alternative to the Chinese aftermarket chrome ones.
