I'm thinking about putting dual exhaust & a new muffler on my truck, but am a bit leary of how it's going to sound. I know it's not going to have the rumble of a V8, and I've read posts from V10 owners who have hated the sound after modification. I've also read posts from some owners who have loved it. Does anyone have a sound bite of their truck after an exhaust mod?

Welcome the the FTE forums! As for your question, I think you will find a lot of posts on this topic, incl. mine. Use the search feature here on the site and look thru the V10 forum.
I have yet to find a true-dual kit that's to my liking for mine, so as a temporary solution, I just pulled off the whole piping and muffler behind the cat, and ran a 3" 45 down to keep the exhaust from blowing on the body of the truck... It sounds "interesting"... At any rate, while I havne't run a dyno, removing the muffler and adding a K&N filter seems to have made a slight difference in accelleration. Haven't noticed anything + or - torque wise.
