You really need to get RPM/ICP/IPR numbers before our guesses will mean anything.

I put the dip stick in the reservoir I still have oil in it. I took plugs off the oil rail and cranked and I have oil to them.

I just checked my fuel bowl. Fuel is clean. Filter is still white.
I took the filter out and the fuel level is just above the heater element
BUT when I cycle the key the bowl does not fill up.
Did my fuel pump go out at the same time I lost my oil?
About to grab some fuel and fill up the bowl and try cranking it again and see if she chugs...
Best way to get numbers is with a dongle and ForScan and it's not expensive. Just chasing different things is time consuming, costly and usually not productive.

Copy. I have a OBD2 bluetooth adapter and troque pro but that's all.
Any way of getting this numbers with that? Or a forscan app for android?
I haven't used a laptop in years. But I may have one
If your filter is clean then a cody would be worth a go. If filter is black or oily I wouldn't waste my time. Diesel O-Rings has the best price I've found for the OEM Aliant sets, if you're in a time crunch I've had good luck so far with the Mahale sets my local Irish Mafia keeps instock. If I see Dorman anything I walk away quickly.
I might be needing a set. If the fuel pump isn't an issue. I bought the Excursion with 320k miles in it and I don't know the history with the injectors. I'd be willing to bet they have many miles on them plus o rings are a part of regular maintenance in my opinion.
Yep fuel pressure is a must. Check the fuse under the hood, #19 I think it is. It's a 20 amp last one at the firewall inboard side. I would check voltage there and at the pump. If your getting voltage to the pump but it isn't running then time for a new one.
When you pulled the oil rail plugs did you get a geyser?
Another thought, if filter checks out clean you might consider a fuel pressure test as well. Without proper fuel pressure the engine won't start. Have you confirmed the pump is cycling?
Just confirmed pump is not cycling. I looked up what fuse belongs to the fuel pump for the excursion. It's not the same as the f series' setup. And the fuse looks good. I haven't invested in a volt meter yet.
This truck was originally from Florida I bought it in tennessee and this is it's first year in michigan. So I knew I'd have some adjustment issues. Maby the pump gave out? I did use a anti gell treatment and 911 in the last month. But I don't think that would have done it. But I'm thinking if the pump is use to the warmer weather maby it finally gave out up in the cold.
Any way is there a way I can check on the pump without a volt meter?

The fuse looked fine. And when I did the plugs I did one on each bank at the same time. It came up at a decent flow but a geyser? It was maby a inch high.
I don't have a volt meter to confirm. It's on the to get list. Dad of 6 here, so kids usually empty my pockets quickly. Working on trucks and diesel in particular is a hobby I enjoy. But this is the first time it's been this involved. I'll be more prepared next time. I hope.
Hardwire 12V from battery directly to the pump.
Also make sure it has good ground connection.
OEM Bosch pumps has solid reputation but everything is possible.
Alright guys I took. 12v electric scooter battery to the pump. I had my fuel bowl lid off and had someone watching it. No fuel went to the bowl and the fuel pump made a whining noise. The pumps are supposed to be quiet yes? And the pump is supposed to bring fuel to the bowl right?
Oil pumps whine when they are starving for oil. How much fuel is in the tank? Pull the hose off the back end of the pump and see if you can get fuel to come out that line. Alternatively, you can attach a hose to the back of the pump and put it into a bucket of fuel and see if it flows then.
