Interchangeable parts?

I recently bought a 2003 f350 with some body damage. Found I can put a bed on it from a 99-16 super duty and it’ll bolt right up. I have some damage on the front end. I was wondering if the radiator support is the same, hopefully meaning I can swap out fenders, bumper, lights and grill to the newer style? The truck needs some work, got it on a barter so I have a few bucks I can dump into it. Any advice or suggestions?

I'm pretty sure the front of the frame is different on '08 and newer. I think you are limited to '07 and older for bolt-on front end parts.
