Spark plug?
Looking to put some new spark plugs in my new to me 2017 f350. What’s everyone’s plug of choice? What do these motors like?

Replacements should all be genuine Motorcraft plugs. Keyword is genuine, buy only from a authorized Motorcraft retailer.

So no one runs a different brand plug? How about running some different wires, like some bigger Taylor wires?

Plugs, wires..coils....stick with Motorcraft..period.
You asked what these engines like....they like Motorcraft ignition components.

motorcraft is the most common on here. Raptor groups also run NGKs but alot of those guys dont leave their trucks stock. If your doing routine maintenance motorcrafts are fine and cheaper.
