Engine shutdown
Long time. let me explain what takes me so long to return on post. am working with the local airline to get up and running, besides that I have my business to look after. Ok. this is what happen since I post last. I remove the valve covers to have a look of the tubing line to the injector rail. the seals and Teflon was completely gone worn and cracks. I replace them, also I the wire gone to the ICP was kind of strange because they splice in with a very tin gauge wire, i renew the harness to the ICP . I replace the voltage regulator. I then start the engine no more shutdown and rush start when I turn the switch it start with no delay. the alternator yes has a problem don't charge more than 11.8 so that was not good so I ordered a new alternator with 200 amps because I have a inverter installed to use grinding and saws. but with that low current it did not shutdown. I think the reason it did not shutdown is because I had both batteries fully charge so it hold up even do the alternator was defect.
next waiting until I get the new alternator and see what it would be like. believe or not, the old alternator was rated 85 amps.
Thank you guys. if there something you don't understand please, don't think am crazy. I need some sleep been up till 03:30 this morning working on the certification of the airline.

Just a quick update on my pickup. I got my 200 amps alternator yesterday. .
Two weeks ago I removed the fuel line to both cylinder heads, I send compress air approximately 70 psi through the fuel channel in the heads, using double filters. I put a hose inside the valve cover to see if I would hear some hissing like air escaping through the top of the head. from both sides there was no sound whatsoever. Today I installed the new alternator, started up check volts and like someone mention concerning the glow plugs it was clear to see but after the glow cutout, the volts went up to 13,60V and with all the lights on and air-condition 13, 20 at idle. I drove it later in the afternoon and it feels good. Acceleration is good and no vibration. I used normal oil to flush out the diesel and put some markings on the dipstick to see if am making oil still; hope not but I will be checking daily and I will drive it for some weeks before given it back to the guys just keep a close eye on the fuel and oil. any suggestions will be happy to get possible input concerning this oil diesel problem.
Have a good and safe weekend

This is as far I get with the problem. As I mentioned in previous mail, I install a 200 amps alternator and the truck seems to be in ok condition.
Four days ago I drain the oil and measure it back into the empty containers and there was no sign of diesel getting into the engine sump. I changed all the filters and I added REV ADDITIVE and refill with full synthetic 5-40 which I normally use, and the engine runs good. The mileage: 248674.4 if you have a suggestion best quality or grade of oil base on the high mileage, I will appreciate you input. Concerning the vibration I don't know, but I think it came from lack of amps which causes the injectors to not function properly at idle into acceleration dumping access diesel into the cylinders. I caught the vibration problem but how long it was driven in that state I don't know but I feel like it was quite awhile. The guys just turn the key and if it starts is good to go.
Once again I say thanks for your input you saved me a (PCM) because I had runout of ideas.
