I have a small vibration and little miss in my 2006 6.0 liter took it to and dealer they said all eight injectors and fuel pump is bad. After speaking to a few other people they say they have never heard of that happening. So I got a few other opinions and they said its not injectors, that they are not getting any codes for them, one says he thinks its a bad motor mount. That a motor mount acts as a ground and that is causing the miss and the vibration is because the mount is not absorbing anything. Is that possible?

It may be time to change to another dealer..... It's this truck new to you??? I notice that my truck had this same problem when I bought it. Now almost a year and I don't know exactly when the little miss is gone.
Probablly because the use of Lucas fuel treatment, Diesel Klean and some good fuel filter changes.
