Stuck in 4WD
they took front wheels off and when they went back on they locked the hubs
truck was rising rough in turns and I didn’t think to look. Drove for a week like this
i tried to turn the hubs from lock to free and they no longer spin. Also the shifter is stuck and won’t move
any Idea what’s going on?

update - solved my own problem
backed up turned wheels a few times, shifter popped out and could turn hubs again
So because someone screwed up at the body shop and you did not investigate the odd driving behavior sooner (yes that is on you), sounds like you drove your truck around in 4wd on hard/paved surfaces for a week.
The reason you could not unlocked the hubs and or the xfer case is due to be driveline being bound up from being in 4wd and driven on hard/paved surfaces. Sounds like you got lucky you did not mess up your xfer case or worse.
Hard lessons can also be expensive ones, especially when it is some else's fault in the 1st place and you get stuck with the repair bill. I am sure the body shop will deny locking in the hubs, putting it in 4wd or driving it.....
This is not in anyway to insult you, don't know your experience level with four wheel drives, see you've been a forum member since August 2020.
If you experience in the future where you can't shift your transfer case to engage or disengage. Get on level ground then back up even a foot and put your truck in neutral in order to get any torque off the drive train to allow easier transfer case shifting. This same principle applies to locking in and locking out of manual hubs, i.e., getting the load off drive train. If the emergency brake is used, it may not allow getting the tension of the drive train, hence park on the level. Tid bit of advice with the genuine intent to help.
