Spoke with my dealer Friday, it’s built! But stuck in QC, most likely due to MIC hard top issues. So no ETA on delivery as of now. Hopefully some movement this week?! Due to shipping time to get to Alaska I might not get it until late September or maybe later….typically it snows around Halloween so I’m really hoping for a couple roof off days once I get it.
After all this, here's hoping it passes quality control without issue and gets to you without incident. We've had quite pre-orders get damaged while on the train being delivered to a holding yard. Or have any factory defects from being a first year.
Just keep in mind, soon as you hear of any RRT or recalls, take it in right away to get them squared away. Sometimes it's a quality of life fix, other times it's a flash to fix poor programming.

So now that my Bronco is set to arrive by the middle of next month I had to get serious about buying a few things. Most importantly for a daily driver in AK was snow tires. The only real option for my SAS was Nokian Hakkapeliitta LT3 315/70R17. New I looking at over $1,800. I found these like new used set on marketplace for $1k. They are all 95%+ and in great shape. So at least I'll be ready for the slick roads as soon as I drive it off the lot. It's becoming real now!
Congratulations! I live 40 miles or so from the Ranger/Bronco plant here in the Detroit area and hope that your Bronco has a safe trip to Alaska!
I've had a lifetime fantasy of driving to Alaska but as I get older it doesn't sound like quite as much fun (3873 miles/64 hours of driving to Anchorage).
Alright! 1 week and first tank of fuel down! I think it was almost 350 miles when I got home tonight.
So what do I think? Well it's far exceeded my expectations! Drives amazing, very precise steering with great feedback. Seats are so comfortable and the heated seats get HOT. Perfect since it's been below zero. Road/wind noise is better than expected. 4x4 system and all the GOAT modes, cameras are amazing.
I installed my hood shocks,, yes it comes with a prop rod. Other mods are Rigid 360 spot lights wired to the upfitters. Classic style Bronco emblems, mud flaps, studded snow tires.
Tint and dash cams are what's left for now.
I'm absolutely over the moon with this little truck.
