I got it and did some googling. It is software used by the forum (in this case) to prevent a DdoS (denial of service) attack by the bad guys. If they try to flood the site with millions of accesses, it will block them. None of the software resides on our computers. So no problem!
PS -- no problem logging into NAPA for me

Apparently @burnettd01 and I are "bad guys" according to Cloudflare. Guess I post to much here and browse auto parts too much too... In all seriousness, it seems the WAF rules/implementation was changes to be too strict recently and now affecting members, including those who may not have alternative means to access and post their troubles.

I've been seeing it lately, but didn't have any problems with it until last night. I was already logged in on the forum and past the point where I've usually been seeing it. When I pushed the send button for a private message, however, it suddenly came up again. Instead of redirecting me to the forum after a few seconds, as it had been doing, a "Are you human?" screen came up. I took the little test, but somehow didn't pass. A screen came up with reasons for the "no pass" result, but it didn't make much sense to me. I looked for the prompt to take another "test" but didn't see one. I was stuck and frustrated and ended up having to close out my link to the forum. Reconnecting to the forum, I discovered my private message was gone but never sent. I was not happy.

Hey BJ. I did bicycles, and I know one when I see one. The reasons for my "fail" were like: Open tabs or something was running in the background on my computer--Things I didn't understand or know how to fix. I was frustrated that my message ended up not getting sent with no opportunity to retrieve it and try again.
