I ran an isolated 20 amp outlet inside for just this purpose. My 5er now has 2 cords to plug in. the 30 and a 20 amp cord. Space heaters work very well. I also use an oil heater and just have a small circulating fan blowing across the oil heater.
My propane furnace doesn't kick on until around 25 degrees. I use a small portable ceramic block heater and turn the fireplace on if the temps will drop below 30. The heat pump does cycle on a couple of times during the early morning hours. I don't like filling those propane tanks.
Yes, that's the rub. The individual breakers can't handle a space heater and a coffee maker/microwave. The main breaker is fine.
I have a separate circuit for the microwave. In fact I have at least (without looking) 6 to 8 circuits. Everything is zoned according to areas. 15 amp to 20 amps if I recall.

Same here in our TT, if you find the circuit cant handle 2 appliances (coffee maker and heater) plug one into a different circuit and enjoy your hot coffee in a nice warm trailer!
For some trailers, to keep the fresh water tank from freezing, you have to run the furnace. A furnace duct goes down into the "basement" to provide heat to the fresh water tank. When all you use are space heaters, you don't get any heat to the basement.
My trailer is a 3 season trailer. The tanks were all exposed to the elements until I insulated the fresh water tank.
We have a heat pump installed in the whisper unit that's in the living area. Really helps a lot. You can install a heat strip in these for fairly cheap. I did it in the last toy hauler we had. They work pretty good down to 30 degrees. At least helps on saving propane. Below is an example on Amazon. This one is for a Coleman unit.
