I hope everyone had a great Holliday weekend. I was busy trying to finish my new splicing trailer.

I had a lot of night work last week. Tuesday morning I was leaving my camp and a log truck put me in the ditch. I am ok. My Superduty wasn't hurt, but my enclosed trailer that I work out of is totaled. I gues it hit something when I ran off the road. Smashed the driver side front, knocking the walls away from the frame. Looks like it has a bent axle. I won't pull an unsafe trailer so it is still at the camp.

I have worked ever spare minute in the last week trying to finish the new trailer.

 

Headed to Texas for a dog show.

 

We are having a great time in Lubbock. My Daughter and puppy placed 3rd in our first dog show.

things are going good. must have been hard going back to work after so much time off.

 

Yeah, getting up at 5:30 was not something I did during my time off!! I did confirm that retiring would be just fine for me, although, that's about 8 years away.

Man it sure is hot out there. I did manage to get my winch mounted on my trailer over the weekend. That shop was hot.

 

I hope everyone had a good week. I plan on finishing the wiring on my truck for the trailer winch. I had to purchase a hydraulic crimper for the big lugs. Now to finish the job.
