Zf5 cluncking when accelerating and decelerating

Zf5 cluncking when accelerating and decelerating

I recently swapped a zf5 in to my 95 f250 5.8 to eliminate the e4od installed new flywheel clutch and pressure plate and new slave and master cylinder changed fluids in diffs transmission and transfercase but after I went for a test drive I noticed a cluncking sound when changing gears and when I take my foot on or off the gas no grids or vibrations just a cluncking noise I've checked the rear diff not apparent slack rechecked all of the new universal joints after testing it seemed like there was access slack in the transfercase so I replaced it with the one I had in the truck originally but after another test drive the cluncking is still there the transmission has not slack in the input or output shaft when in gear any other ideas maybe shift forks loose or possibly a defective clutch? Trans was from a 93 with a 10inch clutch and I installed a 95 11inch clutch it drives great down the road just a annoying clutch
