Spare Tire Covers

My '89 has a spare tire cover that just says "Ford" on it. I know that on Broncos before '89 there are spare tire covers with the "Bronco" on them. I believe that some models after '89 also have the "Bronco" on them. Does anyone know what year models had what? Was this just one of Ford's "better ideas" and then they realize they had screwed up?

It was a buyers option AFAIK. I think the only ones that were specifically for a particular trim level were the tan ones for the Eddie Bauer editions.
