C= came with 330 CI 2V Medium Duty v8.
C= Built in the Ontario truck plant.
E21100= Numerical seq. and 1969 year.
194 is the wheelbase.
Color code is missing. Which means it was painted the customer's color not a Ford color.
F603= F600 gas 4X2.
4381= 43 means it came with a charcoal black crush weave and charcoal black ladder pattern interior. 81 means conventional cab SRW gas.
The spacing for the A and 64 is a bit confusing. I believe the A stands for New Process 435 4 speed trans.
The 64 could mean a 6.80 ratio 15000 capacity Timken model F106N rear axle. But this would mean the front axle code is missing.
17000= the G.V.W.
164=the engine horsepower
3800= the engine RPM at the rating.
840035= This is the D.S.O. code. "District Sales Order'. This tells us this was a special order truck. It is a sales number. Which is why there were 2 codes missing.

I bet Uhaul made Ford use an axle they like but Ford never used themselves.
