Fuel tank relocation
1. how did you route the fuel line and did you use flexable or rigid tubing?
2. how did you route the wire for the sending unit?
3. did the mechanical fuel pump work OK or did you add an electric pump?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
Only what I did....others probably have suggestions that are easier. Plus, I have FI, so an in-tank pump was used.
1. I used 3/8" rigid tubing and bent my own lines from the tank to the FI, plus a return line. All double-flare fittings.
2. Ran the sending unit wire, joined the tail light harness and wrapped in new split-mesh wring loom. With the tail lamp enters through the firewall under the dash to the gauge.
3. Electric in-tank pump.
Good luck.

Personally, I would not place a fuel inlet in the bed, there are a # of alternatives depending upon one's refab skills.
