Its a lot cheaper than a new one, maybe time to adjust the budget............
With a little time, elbow grease and paint that HA should be as good as new, mine was in about the same condition when I bought it (for $650) about 9 years ago.

Alas, I'll wait on the HA. They don't come up often, but I'll snag one someday. My persistence on waiting for cheap power fold and telescope mirrors paid off in spades not long ago when I picked up a set for $150.
