I have an 85 F150 single cab standard bed and I am looking to put a bolt on trailer hitch. Are there any known bolt on hitches for this year? I don't want the hitch on the bumper anymore.

Check out Drawtite hitches. Rock auto sells them. I have their heaviest duty hitch on my F250.
I have a Reese powertow universal on my F100
Check out Emailer.com as they will have everything needed from the hitch & ball assembly to wiring for lights and electric brake controllers.

Be warned while they do bolt on, you usually still have to drill some holes. That is a lot of fun drilling a large hole in the frame upside down with hot metal shavings hitting your hands and arms.
Also doesn't technically have to be listed for just these Ford pickups. My '85 F250 had a Drawtite class 3 for a '94-01 Ram pickup bolted to it when I bought it. Frame widths were the same between the 2 trucks.
I promptly ditched it and installed a Reese Ultra Frame class V.
I don't see a Reese PowerTow Universal on Etrailer.com. I do see Curt, Draw-Tite Torklift and B&W. Which one of these did you get?
I got mine off CL 5 years ago NIB.
It was in my price range, read cheap, and would fit and why I got it.
It does hang a little lower than I like but the truck is a back up for my normal tow rig.
Curt & Draw-Tite and Reese i have heard of but not the lift or BW ones but in the trailer area guys have used them.
With that I think any of them would be good to use.

That was not to bad for me.
Trying to get my hand between tank & frame with washers and nut was more of APITA!

I knew it was going to be a pain in the *** so I just saved up and did mine the same time I replaced the rear tank. Its pretty simple with no rear tank in the way lol
