Blurry cam ONLY when using TRG cam mode
2017 F350 6.2 gas

Hi,
Anybody else come across this? Is it likely to happen again after repair?
With a connected trailer (well within size and weight limits - 5800lbs dry/32' with tongue), when I'm in reverse and press the trailer icon to get the split Trailer Reverse Guidance (TRG) view, the screen goes blurry. Otherwise, the screen is normal. The tailgate cam (360) was blurry when I bought the truck Oct. 2020. Warranty fixed it and it's been fine except today was the first time I tried setting up Trailer Reverse Guidance and saw the blurry screen again.
To be clear, it's fine when I switch back to normal view and I can see the trailer tongue without issue. But when I press that trailer icon to switch to the 2-way split view, the entire screen is blurry. I've never used TRG, but I'd like to give it a shot getting familiar with this trailer and my wife wants it "in perpetuity" (her words).
I'll call Ford Monday morning so my truck can visit with them for a day or two, but hoping to have some knowledge before I arrive.
