There is plenty of room in the bumper opening to mount something, on my '11 there are pair of holes drilled thru the lower lip that appear to be perfectly positioned for lights, and I also found a relay hanging on the rad support connected to nothing. I have a set of driving lights I plan to test fit in there.
I'm just about to mount up a pair of Hella Jumbo 220 fog lights myself. Since I installed a floor dimmer in my '98 I'm thinking of using the high beam circuit to provide the switch power to the accessory relay box I have underhood. I just replaced the broken drill bits so pending getting my butt in gear I'm just about to get 'em installed. I've installed these in a couple of rigs so if you have questions let me know.

I haven't checked the bumper opening yet but was hoping that there were OEM lights with brackets to fit in there. At any event, plz post pics of your mounted lights after installing them. Thx
@turbogus, floor dimmer seems like a great way instead of a dash switch. Also plz post pics of your install.

I've got a solid chrome bumper so won't work for me.
Hello RK, even chrome bumpers can be drilled for lights, just have to be patient and start with the smallest bit in yer kit, then progressively move up to the desired hole size. For the floor dimmer, I pulled the lower left under dash panel out and with my multi meter probed for the headlight wire from the switch it's a 10 gauge YBK (yellow/black wire coming out of the switch.
This wire I soldered into the existing Yellow/Black wire so that I could use the same circuit for other things (like the fog lights). I stripped about a half inch of insulation from the existing wire, spread out the strands a little bit then put my linking wire through the middle. I then soldered it and used a good gloopy portion of GB liquid electrical tape to protect it. This gave power to the Foot Dimmer central pin; The the low and high beams went to a relay box that I've added under the hood.
...and here's a close up of the dimmer connections;
Better late than never, LOL.
I finally got around to install a pair of LED lights and tested them in the driveway but haven't driven at night to try if it blinds the on coming cars.
II positioned them outward more towards the fog line and center line. Will adjust according after testing them after dark.
BTW I mounted them in the existing holes that Conanski mentioned.
