Front end Rattle / Loose

I have an issue with a noise in the front end / rattle. It only occurs when its below zero so for the winter months it drives me nuts then when it gets above zero it goes away.

Had it to the dealer - all good (big surprise). Just like the sunroof rattle they can't hear either (thats another story).

Note: I did put a leveling BDS 2" leveling kit and fox shocks 2 years ago, it started that winter. The truck is '18 SRW F-350. I checked everything and can't source where the noise is coming from. It sounds like a coil / shock rattle typical when you hit washboard etc. .

Realize it could be anything and probably not a fair question to ask, just getting desperate.

The only thing that it might be is that stabilizer mount that you have to replace with the leveling kit that requires like 240ft/lbs of torque. Its tight and I have torqued the snot out of it however I don't have a torque wrench that goes up that high to ensure I met that torque requirement. Seems odd if that was it, it doesn't have the issue when the temp goes above zero.

Appreciate any response.

Check the front axle radius arm bolts, they are known to rattle when not properly torqued, requires a lot of torque, not sure how much.

Figured it out. Tie Rods were worn out. Truck only has 32000kms! (20k miles) - 2018. Seems strange that the tie rods would wear so fast.

Replaced parts and re-alignment all good.

If the dealer couldn't figure that out I would find someone else to take your truck to in the future.

As soon as the dealership seen the fox shocks and the leveling kit they just assumed it was something I did. They offered to put the original shocks back on as well as delete the leveling kit to help diagnose it - F.O.!

I took the truck to a local garage that has good mechanics, they had it figured out in 5 min. The truck has so low of mileage I never would have thought the tie rods were worn, I just had a safety 4 months ago that came back all good - this has been going on since last winter. I have lost total faith in taking this truck to the dealership for any work whatsoever. Sunroof rattle same thing - I guess they wear earplugs when they take these trucks for a test drive. I think this will be the last sunroof model I buy its just not worth it.

On a good note the truck is tight and no front end rattle - .
