Decoding VIN tag Troubles

Hey all! I'm attempting to restore a 1974 f100 MOSTLY to factory setup, with a few tweaks/upgrades. When decoding my door tag, I noticed an issue. There is no color code on the tag!! what could this mean? I haven't been able to find much online.

It could mean it was a special order color. such as a fleet color most likely. can you find some paint hidden away that you're positive is original ?

A Marti Report would probably be the only other way to know, and it may just say special order.
