Door lock issue

Door lock issue
I know this has been said before but nothing is working. So I’m posting a new question. Here are the issues.
-Door key pad unlocks doors but won’t lock doors.
-Interior lock/unlock switch does not lock or unlock the doors. You can hear relay making noise. Have replaced all actuators in doors, not tailgate.
- Switched the relays from left side under dash to the three in the back behind radio. Nothing.
-SCT programmer on it. Tried to take back to stock, don’t think it worked.
-Can’t sink new key fobs
-Theft light is on
-New issue is the battery is dying because the ac /heat pump is running
-ABS is making clicking sounds
What in the world is going on and how in the heck do we fix it? We have tried everything on these forums.
