87 300 running like crap

So I have an 87 F250 with a fuel injected 300 It’s mainly a woods truck anymore always ran fantastic runs like crap now will start up but barely idols when you push the gas down it falls on its face drained the gas Replace the spark plugs since I have them in stock Check for vacuum leaks any idea what’s wrong thank you

The most common first response to an EFI-equipped problem is "Check the codes", so I'll be the first to ask, did you do a scan to check for error codes?

no don’t have a scan tool check engine light is not on

A lot of the local parts store will scan for free.
Call each of your local parts stores and find out.

Check the fuel pressure also.

Start by checking the fuel pressure.
Then check the spark by connecting a spare plug to one of the plug wires and see what the spark intensity looks like.
