Looking for info

Hey, this is my first post. I am starting a build on a 62 and love the stance and looks of this one. Just wondering if anyone has more info on this build.

and / or air bags as the front wheels cant be turned with out tanking the fenders out.
That does not look to be a driver but a shower in my book.
