Adding a circuit to 2009 E350

I am outfitting my new to me RV built on a 2009 Econoline cutaway chassis. I am looking to do two things with the electrical.
One is add a circuit to power a dashcam which will be hardwired. I have a hardwire kit that I ran the wire down the window frame and into the area near the fuse box on the drivers side. There will be two circuits one that is permanently hot and one that is on with the key turned to ignition. One for use when the RV is driving the other one is for the parking mode which detects if the RV is bumped and then films for a bit of time. Under different circumstances I would just go out and probe but the fuse panel is very hard to get to and the high today will be in the 20s so I want to get a few ideas before I work in the cold.

Anyone know which circuit might be permanently hot on an E350?

If i was to install an 'add a circuit' How do I tie things off? Will the panel cover be able to close with this added fuse?
Amazon Amazon

The other thing I want to try and do wich might be more complicated. I would like to bring power forward from the coach battery to power things off that battery, like the stereo and dashcam. I can figure out how to bring a wire from the coach battery but how do I tie the wiring into power certain circuits?

Thanks for those. My vehicle did not come with a manual but I have downloaded one. I can't get any indication from the chart whether the circuits are always on or just with the key in "ign" mode. It is going to warm up in 2 hours so i will go out and probe then to try to solve some of these questions.
