Tailgate light bar

I installed a tailgate light bar on my 2019 F250. Every thing works fine but now I get a trailer left turn error on my screen I hit okay and it disappears . But my left turn signal flashes real fast . Any suggestions on how to fix this .

Did you hook the tailgate bar to the trailer plug? Everything is fine again when it's unplugged?

I would take it back. Or you will have to take it all apart and go through what they did to make sure it's hooked up correctly. It's the only thing hooked to the trailer wiring, and the truck has a trailer light error.
