I vote CPS cutting out.
Sometimes it wont even lit SES light.

I had exactly this symptom when my CPS went out - instant igntion cut, no codes, restarted right away. Replaced the CPS and totally fixed.

Sorry guys, had no time to mess with it yesterday, had to play Grandpa and help kids with school yesterday, OMG what are they teaching my kids!

ANd well after that I was wore the heck out, How did i get so old! LOL
