"Squeak"?? Help plz!

"Squeak"?? Help plz!
Well guys I have a question.
Situation:
1.Originally, when driving and I speed up, as in drops a gear it squeaks.
2. I was just checking out my truck and I figured i would pop on the parking break and have my dad help me out for a sec. Well i went under the car and listened.
When its shifting from N to OD (d with the underline) or I could say into just drivee (or any gear i think but i didnt try reverse) it squeaks. I didnt have the slighest idea where it was comming from besides under the car near the tranny, TC, or TorqC.
Any ideas what this squeak could be?
Im thinking vaccume but have no idea where to look. and its a 90 so its a AOD (OD is in the shifter)

Well it sounds like a squeak or a long "churp", and together, it shifts and the noise goes away.
Where can i look for vacumme line around the tranny, transfercase, and torque converter?
Or in the general area?
