As stated in post 15, the rubber hose only goes from the crossmember in front of the gas tank to the axle tube. That is a separate steel line (or two) from the crossmember to the front of the truck.

Yep, they do. I'm not going to tell you where to get them, or part numbers. You're going to have to figure that out on your own, because it's making your truck a danger to other motorists if you do it for any reason other than to move it a short distance to where you fix it properly.
