2020 air filter

2020 air filter
I got a low nox check engine code and I’m going to change my air filter first. I see the 3 clips near the top but when I loosen them there is not much room. I feel like there is something easy I’m missing. How do you get the space to change the filter? Engine is 6.7.

As a helpful hint, for the benefit of those who can help you out, including the necessary details, in this case such as which engine you have can get you more valuable advise. The three different engines and different model years can be significantly different. As a suggestion, most people add their basic configuration in their signature for this purpose. Hope you get it taken care of.

Your changing a air filter for a low nox code? The air filter has nothing to do with the code. What does you filter restriction gauge show?

Mine did that, filter was fine at less than 5000 miles. There’s a TSB: 4,863mi, DTC P2201, NOX value, TSB 20-2336 reprogrammed PCM;
all good now.

The code popped up in the Ford pass app and it suggested changing the filter. The gauge said it was fine. The light did not go off -I guess not surprisingly. Hopefully just the tsb issue.
