I too have a 2013 f150. Assuming its the same i just youtubed a step by step how to change cabin air filter....so if you ask me ? Yes you/we have a cabin air filter

Having had an ‘08 SCrew, I can tell you the NBS ‘04 didn’t come with one and wasn’t made to accept one. There was no one year bonus from Ford.
Please don’t have folks chasing down CAFs and trying to find a slot to cut out in an 11th Gen blower housing when it’s only a 10th Gen trick.
