A search of the 6.0 forum with "block drain" gets a bunch of threads on the subject: "Block Drain" search
The Fumoto F-108n works. Thread is M16-1.5 for the block drain plugs.
Another brand is the EZ Oil Drain Valve EZ-108. Note that it doesn't come with the straight hose barb like the Fumoto does. You can purchase a straight or 90 deg turn/L shaped hose end separately. Most use the Fumoto. Don't see many mention the EZ drain valve.
Would anyone be able to confirm if the fumoto, e-z, etc. valves will leave behind (a quart or almost) in the pan? I have read on another forum that it does but due to it being from the early 2000 I am not inclined to go off of it. I know trace amounts are left in the pan from stock plug and oil changes but, the older post states it is a "significant" amount (what ever that means). I would really like to do this mod on my 6.0L since and I had it on my old gaser and did enjoy the ease of draining the oil.
The entire oil system holds 18 quarts of oil (apprx). You will always have 3-4 quarts of old oil left in the system - with or without the Fumoto valve.
I add 14 qts of oil to mine on an oil change (with the fumoto valve).

Sorry, I don't recall. I may have just used a copper washer I had laying around. I know I got a flanged valve - either a fumoto or a quickvalve (they are very similar, if not the same). I don't recall which valve either. Edit - or an EZ Oil Drain Valve (as AL` posted)

Just to clarify: the OP and the initial responses are about the coolant block drains, then it morphed into replacing the oil drain plug. maybe someone can post the correct part number for that, for those that happen on this thread in the future...
My Fumoto oil drain valve 2004 - 6.0 is F111N, options include F111S & F111SX. My Fumoto block drain valves are F108N for left (drivers) side & F108SX for the right (passenger) side to accommodate access without having to rem.ove the starter
It has a 90º turn that fits behind the starter so you're not fighting with the hose.
On the positive side, that valve looks like it would protrude less than the conventional valve with a 90 degree hose end installed. I dislike the small holes and turbulence that would likely induce when draining if wanting to expel more trash in the system. Other thought for any of these valves, how far do the male threads go into the block? Might be worth measuring the block hole depth/wall thickness there and if need be, cutting and dressing the male threads on the valve so they are flush or just shy of inside the block instead of poking past the interior opening.
I haven't installed any valves myself but can see the arguments for and against. The naked hole will flow more and better than with a valve. But on the passenger side at least, it's such a pain perhaps it's better to install one with the notion that a convenient drain is one that will get used versus not at all. But that first time you could at least get the full drain prior to putting the valve back in and future usage would more likely be just a coolant drain for coolant change rather than flushing a nasty system. I see no reason to put one on the driver's side the plug is so easy to get to.
Turns out EZ Drain has a part number that includes the 90 deg hose end and it's cheaper:
