Found this on the Ford Build site. "PowerScope® mirrors have power-folding, power-telescoping with AutoFold, heated power glass, auto-dimming feature (driver’s side), LED security approach lamps, turn signal and LED sideview-mirror spotlights." Is the heated part automatic or is there a switch someplace? Thanks

On my 20 it comes on with the rear defroster button.
On older trucks like mine (2007) the heaters time out and shut off, they are not thermostat controlled. I assume this is also true of the 2020-2021 MY as well?

Thanks! How did you figure that out? Is there an indicator on the mirror or anywhere?
no, I just figured it out by trying it. There used to be a separate button for mirrors, but they changed it to a shared button somewhere in the 2011-2016 years I believe.
And let me just say that it is so darn annoying that they turn off automatically. I have to hit that button 100 times a night when I plow, really sucks.

My "15" 250 Lariat had a shared button, it also did not have spotters heated like the "20" does. I hear you about the 10 minute shut off.
On my 04 they were automatic with no switch anywhere. On my 18 they’re still automatic but they have the button to turn them on/off manually too. If the indicator light is illuminated on the dash switch for the rear defroster, the mirror heat is on. It’s also pretty easy to tell when they’re on since the ice/frost starts to melt pretty quickly and then steam starts to rise off of them.
I just tried my 2020 F250 XLT with the PowerScope mirrors and the heated backglass and I get no mirror defrost.
I looked at my window sticker and I see nothing about heated mirrors.
Kinda bummed out right now!
I don't know if it's not there or there is problem somewhere.
Getting some cold mornings now and the glass is fogged up, so I tried the Heated Backglass, the mirrors sort of heated up a bit but did not really clear off the fog, I waited about 5 minutes.
Turned it off then back on again and within about 30 seconds the mirrors were clear.
I tried it again this morning and less than a minute and the mirrors are clear.
I wonder why it took a couple of times to start working?
Seems to work ok now.
