driveline bump

driveline bump
when almost at a stom or just leaving from a dead stop i get a bump from my drive line. I checked my ujoints and carrier bearing its all good and tight. what might it be?

Depending on what vehicle this is it could be the slip joint in the drive shaft needs to be greased.
