I had a horrible clunking on low speed rough roads. I ignored it, then it went full death wobble on me at 75. Nothing felt loose, track bar joint seemed tight, but when I had my wife run it over a bump in the driveway I could feel the knock at the track bar joint. New track bar and joint yesterday, drives like a new truck, no more noise over a very frozen dirt road. FYI this joint had already been done once on my truck around 12k. Has 67k on it now.
Which end of the track bar was loose? The driver's side end or passenger's side end? If I remember correctly, when I installed my leveling kit with the track bar relocation bracket, I think that connection on the driver's side called for 250 ftlbs of torque.

250 OMG, I'm sore from head to toe from working on the ground to change the cab bushings, I struggled getting to 80. It was a bear getting the bolts loose, seems someone decided red locktight was what should be used.
Going to head back to the cabin next week and see how it does, seems they are for the most part the only roads I hear any rattles/squeaks or clunks.
Removed the DS shock and took it over the same bump as yesterday and still hear a bit of a thud. Gotta say the cab mounts make the truck a bit stiffer and it sits about 1/2" higher than it did before, starting to wonder if the Ford Gods are telling me to go for a 21.

The track bar has a bushing on the frame side with said big bolt, and a balljoint that is pressed in the axle on the right side. The balljoint pressed in the axle was bad. I also replaced the track bar, as the bushing on the frame side had cracks.
My trackbar looks kind of new, a lot brighter than anything else under there and has a tag on it, I don't feel / hear or see any issues with it.
Just keep in mind the joint at the axle side of the trackbar is NOT part of the track bar. Mine is a different (and quiet) truck since it was replaced.
After a ride to the Cabin yesterday had the wife listen to the noise, she said she thinks it is the back, strange another person told me that too, seems to only happen when hitting bumps on the drivers side, at least thats what I hear, drove a while with the door open and I'm feeling it is in the rear, while here I checked the obvious / easy items, spare tire is secure, shocks tight, leaf spring mounts look good. nothing I'm hitting seems to be loose or making any noises.
Something that was / is loose is the hitch and adapter but I don't think that is what I'm hearing also wouldnt make sense that it only makes the noise on the drivers side.
Removed the ball and adapter, the ride home tomorrow will let me know if it was something as simple as the ball and adapter
Also check the two small rubber bumpers that stabilize the tailgate. Up near the upper cable attachment points on the bedside. Tailgate continuously clunks when those go missing. Maybe ratchet strap your tailgate closed to see if that changes the rattle..
So after removing the ball and adapter from the hitch I am noticing the noise is less noticeable so I guess this was a contributing factor, I am hearing a lot of noise from the tailgate step when I bang on it, this is not anything close to the original thunk noise.
Going to remove the rear shocks and see if anything changes.
As a bonus when coming down the driveway in the ice and snow I decided to use HDC of course I got the dreaded HDC / advancetrac fault warnings, they went away after restart.
Due to the rain I have been in a holding pattern, getting close to just moving on and going with a 2021 but slim pickings around here.
