since Hedge added the link to the mirror part that's for the F150, i'll tell you my experience with my 2020 F150 wires... the black was positive and the green was negative (go figure). If you get that harness, I would verify it. You can find out the pin outs by testing them with your multi meter. If you compare your photo with my photo of the F150, they look identical, even the colors.
I'll be doing this pretty soon myself since i'll be putting my camera back. I'm trying to see if a guy on the F150 forum can make up a plug and play harness for me with + - pigtails so i dont have to use positaps.

I have a meter handy and will test tomorrow when I get the pin taps in. I'll update after I get it together.

That looks drastically different from mine. All I had to remove is the upper piece behind the mirror. It’s two plastic pieces. Put finger between head liner and plastic and gently pull down. There is a black plug and a white plug. Mine is a 17 Platinum and I did this to a friends 18 Navigator and he had the same plugs as mine. You are working right above the mirror with almost no room for your hands.
Mine has the forward facing camera so it’s just the top portion you remove. Since mine is removed you can see the bitch I cut out for the wire. Put finger under here on both sides and pull down to in snap it. This is the piece that comes off. These are the two plugs up there. The white one is the one from my post above.
Got to say, other than the longer wire runs (which are no big deal), upfitters look way easier/less invasive.
I'm guessing there are many ways to skin this cat.

Reason: correction
I took the upfitter route. Ran a wire tucked into headliner then down panel into the passenger kick panel. Did my dash cam at same time.
hardest part is making use of the access wires tucked above. I used some quality butt connectors as soldering was a challenge.
20s and probably 21s have the upfitter wiring in the passenger side near the firewall in the engine bay. Hook upfitter wiring to access wiring and you’re set.
AZC thanks for your post ^. Mine was the same as yours and weirdly enough the same as my '20 F150 was; Green (-) Black (+)
I bought that connector from Amazon to see if it would work with our trucks, as it would avoid having to use taps but it wasnt pinned out correctly. There were a bunch of missing pins where there should have been wires. I used posi-taps and only needed about 3" of wire from the camera, made short easy work of it.
Old thread but I finally got around to trying the Dongar harness and it works fine on my '20 F350 KR trim. Not sure what's different on other trucks but it works on mine and seems to have all the same pins.
