Then check the brown/orange wire coming off the selector switch for power. If there isn't any power the switch is bad, if there is then there is a break in the wiring from the switch to the blower relay socket.

No power. I'll try to get to a salvage yard today or tomorrow. Thanks for all of your help so far!
Alright, I replaced the switch and now the truck is fully dead. Nothing happens when I turn the key. I noticed when the key is off, I can unplug the brake pressure switch and some relay starts clicking, but otherwise I can't tell there's even a battery in the vehicle.

So you changed the selector switch and the truck went completely dead? What happens if you swap the old switch back in? Did you check to see if you blew any fuses during the switch swap?

Alright, just for the heck of it, I threw a new starter solenoid at it and now it seems to reliably start again.
The old and new AC controls seem to do nothing. No fuses are blown.

After sitting on this for a few days, I looked at it again to see if I was missing something. The diagram above shows a white/violet wired going into the Function Selector Switch and a brown/orange coming out of it. Mine has 4 on it. From top to bottom, there's blue/purple, purple, white/purple, and orange/brown. Blue/purple is hot, and nothing else is. Is the third one down, white/purple, supposed to be hot? It appears to be the one coming from the central junction box and has no power. I don't see them on the diagram, so what are wires 1 and 2, blue/purple and purple?
