Problem after 6.0 oil cooler replace HELP PLEASE!!!
2003 f250 6.0 powerstroke with egr delete. I drove this truck in my shop just fine. Customer told me it needs oil cooler replaced. I replaced the oil cooler very clean reinstall all went smoothly. I turned key on for 30 seconds and off 3 times like they say. Took forever to get running but when idling smoothly if I put it in gear it will not accelerate/move at all. It also has poor throttle response even in park when letting off throttle after revving engine stumbles but does not stall. I have checked all tubing and clamps, elec. plugs all are clean and plugged up good. Injector buzz test shows codes p0264, p0267, p0273, p0282. When cranking over IPR is showing 40% on snap on souless <-- lol.
it will start right up when cold but after warm it will fire back up but shut right back off. Could clogged IPR screen cause this issue????
