Wiper Motor
I have a 2002 F 250 CC XLT and my wiper motor is an original (211K miles). It's works okay but was am looking to swap it for a new one. Ford only sells the whole assembly and the motor by itself is obsolete. So, who has replaced one recently with a good alternative. Not looking to put in a junky brand but one that will last. Ford's price for the whole assembly is about $300 and I see motors run about $60 -$100.
Thoughts and ideas as to where to purchase a reliable motor that FITS!

I have an 09 and the original motor started blowing fuses constantly. I went out to www.rock auto.com and bought a new motor. It works great however it doesn’t have the function that sends the wipers down to the bottom of the windshield when turned off like the factory motor did. They sit slightly up on the windshield. It’s just a slight nuisance. They function perfectly other than that.
