Please help

Please help Everything started with a P0401 code EGR Insufficient flow EGR passes were clean up and being a 20 year old unit it was change , then it was the DPFE sensor also 20 years old it was change the EGR valve control was also change And the EGR Valve pressure was also replace all with motorcraft parts

Since the Van has 200K lower and upper intake manifold gasket , Head valve was clean and refreshed the engine (new gasket ) All EGR ports were cleaned up. Now I Have a rough idle. Thinking the IAC valve was probably the isse I changed it too , but the problem persist.all spark plugs are new as well the cables in it. also i have a p1504 still .
