I use my exhaust brake in the auto mode towing a 10,000lb. trailer and also when not towing. I like the way it works. I don’t care how good a Dodge exhaust brake works, it’s still a Dodge (Fiat). To each there own.

I use the engine break all the time, I frequent the mountains and there are a lot of "twisties", before I realized I could use tow/haul when not towing I would hear my brakes creaking and groaning when I arrived, since I started using the engine brake that has all changed, although when towing I see less of a difference
