Why are Ford diesels better then the rest? I got no experience dealing with diesels.

Like ag-ford said- because they come in a Ford truck. Detroit, Caterpillar, or any other make might or might not be better, but I can only get PSD in a Ford truck.

well i like my diesel but thats an 95 dodge cummins 12v our power stroke i don't like so much
