Have you experienced this oil leak from the front oil pan/plate? Had this show up at about 52k, took it in under powertrain warranty. They replace the entire front pan. Now, 8k miles later, the same leak has shown up again... Appointment made to "try again"...
Mine was covered under the Powertrain warranty, however, I didn't expect to have to take it a second time for the exact same thing....
Which is sad.... i think the lack of some quality workmanship is what happens. Taking the time to do it right. I want to get it fixed, granted its not leaking to the point of dripping more of a seep, but i honestly have a hard time trusting dealers around here...
While watching a you tube video last evening on fuel filters for these trucks the guy mentioned he had this same problem. Turns out it wasn't the pan it was some sort of oil vent or separator located around that area. I can't find the video but I thought he said there was a TSB for it.

And this is why people are going foreign cars 😢
course we all know nothing beats a Ford Truck .
my '06 Diesel had a seep, nothing that I bothered with as it didn't seem to bother the truck nor use extra oil. I just thought it was gunk to be honest at first. I think I would be more cautious on a gasser.

Mine does the same except it's quite worse. How long did they have your truck to repair the first time
My 2005 did leak to the point I didn't park in anyone's driveway. I used it as my rust prevention program. But when my 2017 6.7 started leaving a puddle on the shop floor I was sickened. Not again! It was repaired under warranty but the paperwork had a comment to keep an eye on it. That didn't make me feel like they had much faith in the work but so fat so good. I talked to a fellow in Canada who had a brand new engine put in because of the leak. On his they found a casting problem.
My 2018 F450 did this and I waited until 7k miles to get it fixed. It took over 2 weeks. The tech noted that the upper oil pan was leaking. Upon removal of upper oil pan, it was pitted and could not be sealed properly. The new replacement oil pan was also pitted so a second new one was ordered. The second one was not pitted and installed. 20k miles on this fix and still no leaks. Don't know if this is the case with yours, hopefully it helps.
Just shy of 2 weeks..... I have an appointment for next Tuesday, we'll see how long this one takes...
Damn, my dealer quoted me 2-days. That is a huge difference. I'd rather they get it right the first time. Most have said it comes back after the repair. Not sure it's worth it to lose my truck for that long.
