F600 Decode
This same head was a service part replacement for the T/E heads used on 1966/67: Passenger Cars (352/390/410/428) and F100's (352), so it's possible to find these heads on 1966/67 vehicles.
Today, considering parts swapping, this head could be found on any FE engine from any year.

D30785 = 1968 series number
156 = 156" wheelbase
J = Red
F612 = F600 gas 23,000lbs GVWR
4B81 = Upholstrey and cab type, I don't have the complete catalog, but I think this gives you a black vinyl seat and a standard cab, based on prior decodes.
9 = New Process 541 five speed direct transmission
E** = Axle code, I can't read it. Please post and I will research it for you from prior decodes as I do not have axle codes in the catalog I downloaded.
23000 = 23,000lbs GVWR
182 3800 = 182 net HP @3800 RPM
61 = Dallas District Code
