Sync 3 Update Issues
Been trying to download the sync 3 update to transition my version 2 to 3. I’m able to download it, says its a zip file. For me it downloads as a PDF file and I can’t get into it to find the breakdown files I need. Anyone have any ideas?

Which Extractor tool are you using?
Are you using a Mac or PC?

I changed it to what the directions on the update website said. I think efat32. I’ll double check. Said to use Windows explorer and it’s a pc with windows 10.
