04 explorer many many codes
Have a 2004 explorer that was headed to the smasher by a guy so I grabbed it for 140 dollars for another explorer i have. Long story short it runs and drives and has 156k miles and has all gears, hesitates severely and when I ran the codes I have 13 codes! I was going to use it for parts but this explorer is in damn nice shape.
A list of codes as follows.
P0743,P0755,P0000 - listed 4 times, P0743, P0750, P0755, P0760, P0962, P0966, P0970
Could this actually be a bad transmission or am I looking at an electrical issue? Would hate to part it before I actually know. Thanks everyone!!

Pretty sure the trans is toasted on that vehicle. I dumped mine last year to the junkyard. It was not replacing the trans due to everything else shot in the vehicle. The only thing that was good was the engine. That 4.0 was still strong after 15 years of service and 173K miles.
